PLEASE ATTEND OR SEND A REPRESENTATIVE TO THE MEETING.
In order for us to cover the agenda items, provide time for discussion and give you the information you’ll need to make vital decisions, please be sure to be on time. The meeting will be called to order promptly at 10:00 a.m. and we MUST have a quorum to conduct the important business at hand.
Please arrive as early as possible to take advantage of the coffee and donuts. This will give you time to review financial reports, membership survey, pick up your calendars, view or bid on the GHB bench, review the GHBA 2009-2010 proposed budget and Executive Board nominees for the 2012 election prior to the meeting.
